温阳健脾方浴足联合耳穴压豆对化疗毒副反应的影响

The Effect of the Combination of Wenyang Jianpi Therapy(温阳健脾方)Foot Bath and Auricular Plaster on the Chemotherapeutic Toxic Side Effects

目的:了解温阳健脾方浴足联合耳穴压豆对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后毒副反应的影响。方法:将90例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组予常规化疗,治疗组在常规化疗基础上联合使用温阳健脾方浴足、耳穴压豆,按照预定方案治疗2个周期,观察不同方法对患者化疗后毒副反应的影响。结果:治疗组在减轻非小细胞肺癌化疗后胃肠道反应、血液系统及神经系统毒副反应方面,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组对心脏毒性、肝肾功能影响及脱发的影响少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳健脾方浴足联合耳穴压豆能明显减轻非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后胃肠道、血液系统及神经系统的毒副反应。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the combination of Wenyang Jianpi Therapy foot bath and auricular plaster on the toxic side effects on NSCLC patients after chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 90 cases of NSCLC patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The patients were received standard chemotherapy in control group, and conventional chemotherapy combined with Wenyang Jianpi Therapy foot bath and auricular plaster in treatment group. The toxic： side effects were compared between the two groups patient. Results： The treatluent group showed obvious advantage over control group in reducing gastrointestinal reaction as well as the toxic side effects of the nervous system and the blood system, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）, The treatment group showed lower heart toxicity, and influence of liver and kidney function and hair than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Wenyang Jianpi Therapy foot bath and auricular plaster could effectively reduce the chemotherapeutic toxic side effects of patients＇s gastrointestinal, blood system and nervous system.
