大合拢分段搭载精度控制

摘要 精度控制水平作为直接体现船舶制造企业综合能力的因素,和企业的可持续运营构成正比关系,对制船企业的经济效益与社会效益具有良好影响。笔者结合自身经验,阐述了船舶分段搭载精度控制的重要性及发展趋势,并对船舶分段搭载精度控制中的重点内容和通过优化手段进行了探讨与分析,得出相关船舶大合拢分段搭载全过程必须进行精度控制管理的论点。 Precision control is a direct factor to clearly show the comprehensive capacity of a shipbuilding company. It is proportional to the sustainable operation and beneficial to the social and economic returns of the company. Based on practical experience, the author first elaborated the importance and trends of block assembly precision control,then discussed and analyzed the key points and optimization means of the control. The conclusion is that precision control must be carried out for the block assembly of a ship.
