中医针灸结合康复治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果

Clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on apoplectic hemiplegia

目的:研究中医针灸结合康复治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选取2013年10月-2015年10月于我馆接受治疗的中风偏瘫患者90例作为研究对象,并把他们按照随机数表法平均分为两组,其中观察组45人,采用中医针灸结合康复治疗方式进行治疗,对照组45人,采用常规的药物治疗与康复方式进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果和对医馆治疗的满意度。结果:采取中医针灸结合康复治疗方式进行治疗的观察组患者治疗总有效率为88.9%,对于医馆治疗的满意度为93.3%,采用常规的药物治疗与康复方式进行治疗的对照组患者治疗总有效率为68.9%,对于医馆治疗的满意度为71.1%,两组患者的对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。采取中医针灸结合康复治疗方式进行治疗的观察组患者接受治疗前的生活自理能力评分为(28.05±3.14)分,治疗后的生活自理能力评分为(74.36±4.28)分,采用常规的药物治疗与康复方式进行治疗的对照组患者接受治疗前的生活自理能力评分为(27.92±3.46)分,治疗后的生活自理能力评分为(56.20±4.66)分,接受治疗之前,两组患者生活自理能力评分之间的对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受治疗之后,两组患者的生活自理能力评分都得到了较大的改善,并且观察组患者的改善更为明显,两组患者接受治疗前后以及两组患者接受治疗后生活自理能力评分的对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:采用中医针灸结合康复治疗方式对中风偏瘫患者进行治疗能够显著提高患者的治疗效率,改善患者的生活自理能力,提高患者对于医馆护理的满意度,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广与应用。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods： 90 cases of stroke with hemiplegia in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into two groups in accordance with the random digital table method, 45 cases in the observation group received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment, while 45 cases in the control group were treated with routine medicine and rehabilitation. The effect and medical hospital satisfaction in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The total eff^ciency in the observation group was 88.9%, and the medical hospital satisfaction was 93.3%, while those in the control group were 68.9% and 71.1% respectively, the difference was of statistical significance, P〈0.05. The self-care ability score in the observation group before treatment was （28.05 ＋3.14） points, and the self-care ability score after treatment was （74.36--＋4.28） points; The self-care ability score in the control group before treatment was （27.92-＋ 3.46） points, and after treatment, the self-care ability score was （56.20-＋4.66） points, before treatment, self-care ability score differences between two groups showed no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the self-care ability scores in two groups were improved, and in the observation group improved more significantly, the difference was of statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment could significantly improve the efficiency of patient with apoplectic hemiplegia, improve the patients＇ self-care ability, enhance the patients＇ satisfaction of medical care, and was worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
