海桐皮汤熏洗治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of Haitongpi decoction fumigation on knee osteoarthritis in the elderly

目的:探讨海桐皮汤熏洗治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年2月-2017年6月治疗的64例老年膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,各32例,均行关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠;观察组加用海桐皮汤熏洗膝关节,对照组口服洛索洛芬钠片,共治疗5周。记录比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及西安大略和麦克马司特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分变化,不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前对比,两组治疗5周后VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。与对照组(21.88%)相比,观察组不良反应率为0%,显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:海桐皮汤熏洗治疗老年膝骨性关节炎可显著改善患者临床症状,疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床进一步深入研究。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Haitongpi decoction fumigation on knee osteoarthritis in the elderly. Methods： 64 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. All patients were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. The patients in the observation group were also treated with Haitongpi decoction fumigation of knee joint, while patients in the control group were treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets, with a total of 5 weeks of treatment course. The VAS, the changes of WOMAC Osteoarthritis index score and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were recorded and compared before and after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores and WOMAC Osteoarthritis index scores were significantly lower in groups after 5 weeks （P〈0.01）; and the decreasing in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 0%, which was significantly lower than 21.88% in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Haitongpi decoction fumigation could significantly relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, with definite effect and high safety on knee osteoarthritis in the elderly, and was worthy of further study.
