针灸联合中药汤剂治疗肩周炎效果分析

An effective analysis of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by acupuncture with TCM medicine decoction

目的:总结针灸联合中药方剂治疗肩周炎的疗效,提高肩周炎临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。方法:选择我院2015年6月-2016年12月收治住院治疗的106例肩周炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组两组,每组肩周炎患者53例。对照组肩周炎患者接受中药汤剂治疗,试验组肩周炎患者联合针灸治疗,对比两组肩周炎患者的临床治疗效果、疼痛评分以及肩关节活动功能评分。结果:试验组肩周炎患者治疗总有效率96.22%高于对照组84.90%、疼痛(1.05±0.20)分低于对照组(5.50±2.20)分,且生活质量评分均高于对照组。组间试验指标经统计学计算,试验组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:相对于中药汤剂治疗,联合中医针灸治疗,可以提高肩周炎患者的临床治疗效果以及肩关节活动功能、降低疼痛评分,具有推广实施价值。

Objective： To summarize the curative effect of acupuncture with TCM medicine decoction on periarthritis of shoulder, to improve the clinical treatment effect and to enhance the life quality of patients. Methods： 106 cases of periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction, while the experimental group received acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The clinical treatment effect, pain score and shoulder joint function score in two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.22%, which was significantly higher than 84.90% in the control group. The pain score （1.05±0.20） in the experimental group was lower than （5.50± 2.20） in the control group, and the quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than the control group. The experimental indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine decoction could improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce pain scores, which was of value of promotion and implementation.
