联合应用针灸与超短波治疗颞颌关节炎疗效观察

Effective observation on treating temporomandibular arthritis by acupuncture and ultrashort wave

目的:观察针灸与超短波联合应用治疗颞颌关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院口腔科2015年1月-2016年3月收治的颞颌关节炎患者52例作为研究对象,随机编号并分为两组,对照组和研究组各26例。对照组采用超短波进行常规理疗,研究组在对照组超短波常规理疗基础上进行针灸治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率88.46%明显高于对照组65.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用针灸与超短波治疗颞颌关节炎能显著提高临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,值得临床应用推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and ultrashort wave on temporomandibular arthritis. Methods： 52 patients with temporomandibular arthritis treated in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine ultrashort wave therapy, while the study group was treated with acupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy. The clinical efficacy in the two groups of patients was observed. Results： The total efficiency in the study group was 88.46%, which was significantly higher than 65.38% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy could significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, and was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
