Construction Planning of Intelligent Community Based on Three-network Integration

以"三网融合"技术为基础对新型智能化小区网络设计、物业智能服务管理、网络安全等展开分析研究。在网络设计部分对比阐述了现有的宽带技术,并进行设备选型、拓扑图的假设。在物业管理服务方面,以智能化小区应具有的功能为基础进行高技术运用,以达到便民、高效的时代要求。对网络安全问题进行简要概括,并结合防火墙等网络安全技术形成网络安全维护系统。以模拟智能小区系统建设为中心,为房地产开发公司提供了规划方案,但在设备选型上没有重要性建议,还需运营商慎重考虑。

The intelligent network design, intelligent service management and network security are analyzed based on the technology of three-network integration. In network design, the existing broadband technologies are compared, and the assumption is done for equipment selection and topology. In property management service, the required functions of intelligent community are applied with high technology in order to achieve convenient and efficient era requirements. Finally, the network security issues arc summarized briefly, and the network security maintenance system is formed combining with network security technology such as fircwall, This paper simulates the intelligent community system construction to provide planning scheme for a real estate development company, but there is no significant emphasis on the selection of equipment, which it is needed to consider carelhlly for operators.
