摘要
论文主要从美国K-12在线教育运营模式、数字教育资源开发形式和共享途径、在线教育的优势等角度出发,探讨K-12在线教育对美国基础教育中存在课程资源不足、师资匮乏、课程安排僵化等问题的解决起到了重要作用。借鉴美国K-12在线教育的建设经验,并结合我国实际,提出了建设全国特殊教育信息服务平台、建立特殊教育数字教育资源开发与共享体系、重点发展辐射农村地区地远程服务模式及提升教师信息技术应用能力等特殊教育信息化建设现实可行的策略。
Based on the K-12 online education and operation mode, the form of digital education resources development and the way of sharing resources and the advantages of online education, the paper discusses the K- 12 online education, which has played key roles in solving problems in American elementary education, including shortage of curriculum resources, lack of teachers, rigid curriculum and so on. Drawing lessons from the construction experience of K- 12 online education in America and combining with the problems in the construction of China' s special education informatization, several strategies are put forward : the construction of the national special education information service platform, the establishment of special education development and sharing of digital educational resources system, paying more attention to long-distance special education services that extends to remote rural areas, and enhancing teachers' capacity in information technology application.
