无级调矩三相异步电动机结构设计与分析

摘要 针对普通三相异步电动机适用负载阻力矩范围较窄、常需配套机械减速装置等缺点,在此设计了一种转动力矩及转速均可调的无级调矩三相异步电动机。该电动机主要特征在于其转子形状为圆盘状,定子铁心可沿径向移动,通过改变定子铁心相对转子输出轴的径向位置,从而达到改变输出转矩的目的。无级调矩三相异步电动机转矩在额定电流状态下,可通过控制器调节相应定子铁心处于不同的径向位置来拖动不同的负载。而且所设计的电机结构具有模块化属性,应用灵活。 The range of load resisting moment is narrow for the ordinary three phase asynchronous motor which always needs mechanical speed reducer to improve function, so designed a novel three-phase asyn- chronous motor with stepless torque regulation which could also change speed. The main feature of the novel motor is that its rotor is disc-shaped and its stator core could move along the radial direction. Change the ra- dial position of the stator core being away from the rotor output shaft to achieve the purpose of regulating the output torque. Under tile condition of rated current, the novel three phase asynchronous motor could drive different loads with the controller to adjust the stator core being in different radial positions. Moreover, the structure of the novel motor is designed to be modular, that makes the application becomes flexible.
