摘要 设计了一种直径1.5mm微型永磁同步马达,马达转子为永磁体,定子采用可挠线圈与导磁外壳相结合的结构;通过电磁分析软件JMAG建立微马达数字模型并进行2D瞬态电磁场有限元分析,根据结果求得马达的感应电动势常数和转矩常数;研制了微型马达样机,测试其转速-反电动势与扭矩-电流曲线,结果显示样机实测值与仿真具有较好的一致性,为微型永磁马达进一步设计与应用提供理论数据和数字模型。 A micro permanent magnet synchronous motor with 1.5mm diameter was designed in this paper. The motor was formed with permanent magnet rotor and flexible coil stator in magnetic cover. 2D transient a- naIysis and calculation was carried out for micro permanent magnet motor, which based on professional elec- tro-magnetic analysis software JMAG. According to the simulation results obtained, got the unloaded back EMF and torque constant of micro motor. Speed-EMF curve and torque-current curve of the micro motor pro- totype were tested. The test results show that the simulation results are correct and feasible, providing relia- ble foundation for the further design and application of the micro permanent magnet motor.
