摘要 幼儿教师的成长过程经历着从关注生存到关注发展再到关注幼儿的不同阶段,不同发展阶段幼儿教师职业幸福感的来源分别是基本需要的满足、能力的提高以及幼儿的进步.幼儿教师职业幸福感的获得,直接影响幼儿教育质量以及幼儿幸福感的获得.基于罗尔斯对于幸福的定义以及不同发展阶段幼儿教师职业幸福感的来源,从幼儿教师自身角度探究促进其职业幸福感获得的途径,对于幼儿教师感受幸福,传播幸福,创造幸福有积极意义. The growth process of kindergarten teachers experiences different stages from focusing on survival to focusing on development and then to focusing on children. The sources of kindergarten teachers' professional happiness at different stages of development are the satisfaction of basic needs, the improvement of their abilities and the progress of their children. The acquisition of kindergarten teachers 'professional happiness directly affects the quality of preschool education and the acquisition of children' s happiness. Based on Rawls' s definition of happiness and the sources of kindergarten teachers' professional happiness in different stages of development, this paper explores the approaches from the perspective of kindergarten teachers themselves to promote acquisition of kindergarten teachers 'professional happiness. It has positive significance for kindergarten teachers to feel happiness, spread happiness and create happiness.
