The growth process of kindergarten teachers experiences different stages from focusing on survival to focusing on development and then to focusing on children. The sources of kindergarten teachers＇ professional happiness at different stages of development are the satisfaction of basic needs, the improvement of their abilities and the progress of their children. The acquisition of kindergarten teachers ＇professional happiness directly affects the quality of preschool education and the acquisition of children＇ s happiness. Based on Rawls＇ s definition of happiness and the sources of kindergarten teachers＇ professional happiness in different stages of development, this paper explores the approaches from the perspective of kindergarten teachers themselves to promote acquisition of kindergarten teachers ＇professional happiness. It has positive significance for kindergarten teachers to feel happiness, spread happiness and create happiness.
