摘要
以技术跨越为背景,构建了后发企业技术创新战略与技术创新能力的动态演化理论分析框架及理论模型,并建立了由技术创新战略,技术创新能力、技术存量3个子系统组成的系统动力学模型,揭示了后发企业在技术跨越过程中技术创新战略与技术创新能力的动态演化规律。结果表明:(1)在技术跨越过程中,后发企业技术创新能力提升主要来自技术存量增加的方式;根据技术创新能力发展特点选择合适的技术创新战略、根据技术创新战略资源配置方向提升技术创新能力均有利于技术效率的显著提升;(2)技术跨越不同阶段,技术创新战略与技术创新能力之间呈现多段动态平衡演化关系。
Based on the background of technology leapfrogging, the research constructed the framework and theoretical model of the dynamic evolution theory of the technology innovation strategy and the technology innovation capability. A system dynamics model was established, which consisted of 3 subsystems: Technology innovation strategy, technology innovation capability and technology stock. The research revealed the dynamic evolution regularities of technological innovation strategy and technological innovation capability of latecomer enterprises in the process of technological leapfrogging. According to the research, technology innovation capacity is not increased from the technology stock itself, but from the way it increases in the process of technology leapfrogging; Technical efficiency can be significantly enhanced according to the well matched technology innovation strategy and technology innovation capability. There is a dynamic balance between technology innovation strategy and technology innovation capability in the process of technology leapfrogging.
