摘要
选择伊利、长安汽车、海信和华为等四家企业进行跨案例分析,基于国际化和技术驱动的视角,将中国企业研发国际化按照动因的不同划分为母国市场扩张者、母国能力提升者、海外市场扩张者和全球资源融通者四种角色类型,每种角色对应不同的内涵。企业国际化和技术实力的发展驱动了中国企业研发国际化在不同时期的动态演进,同一企业相同时期也会拥有不同的海外研发行为。
This paper focuses on the cross-case analysis with four firms including Yili, Chang' an Mobile, Hisense and Huawei. From the perspective of internationalization and technology driven, it divides the R&D internationalization by Chinese firms into four role types, which include the expansion of home market, enhancement of home R&D capability, expansion of overseas market, and integration of global resources. Each of the four role types has its unique features. Intemationalization and technology development drives the evolution of R&D internationalization by Chinese firms across various stages
