景观疗养为主综合护理干预对提高糖尿病患者睡眠质量的疗效

Effect of landscape rehabilitation combined with comprehensive nursing on the sleep quality improvement of diabetes patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者行景观疗养为主综合护理干预对改善睡眠质量的作用。方法抽取2016-01—2017-03某院收治的糖尿病患者78例为研究对象,以所用护理模式分为对照组(39例行常规护理)、观察组(39例行景观疗养为主综合护理干预),评估两组睡眠质量改善情况及护理满意程度。结果 (1)睡眠质量总分对照组(8.23±1.16)分显著高于观察组(4.59±0.76)分(P<0.05)。(2)护理总满意度观察组94.87%显著高于对照组76.92%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者行景观疗养为主综合护理干预,可提高其睡眠质量水平及护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of landscape rehabilitation combined with comprehensive nursing on the sleep quality improvement of diabetes patients.Me thods 78 cases of diabetes patients admitted by our hospital between January,2016 and March,2017 were taken as the research subject. In accordance with the nursing model,they were divided into the experimental group（39 cases given routine nursing） and the observation group（39 cases given landscape rehabilitation combined with comprehensive nursing）.The sleep quality improvement and the nursing satisfaction of two groups were assessed.Re s ults The total score of sleep quality in the observation group（8.23 ±1.16）was significantly higher than that in the experimental group（ 4. 59 ± 0. 76）（ P〈0. 05）.
