活血止痛接骨膏联合三七接骨丸促进骨折愈合的临床研究

Clinical study of Huoxue Zhitong Jiegu paste and Sanqi Jiegu pill in promoting fracture healing

目的探讨活血止痛接骨膏联合三七接骨丸促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。方法收集2011-07—2015-06在某院骨科接受手术治疗及非手术治疗后的骨折患者156例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各78例,治疗组于骨折复位固定7 d后开始应用活血止痛接骨膏,同时口服三七接骨丸。对照组不用任何药物。比较两组的临床症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后的局部疼痛、压痛、肿胀、关节活动症状评分分别为(1.02±0.90)分、(1.03±0.61)分、(1.01±0.75)分、(1.02±0.51)分,对照组分别为(1.37±0.72)分、(1.25±0.73)分、(1.34±0.86)分、(1.36±0.69)分,治疗组治疗后的局部疼痛、压疼、肿胀、关节活动症状评分改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的治愈率、总有效率分别为32.05%、97.44%,对照组分别为20.51%、87.18%,治疗组的治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论活血止痛接骨膏联合三七接骨丸能更好地调节机体修复功能,促进骨折愈合,改善临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Zhitong Jiegu paste and Sanqi Jiegu pills in promoting fracture healing.Me thods 156 cases of surgical and non-surgical fracture patients admitted in a hospital from July 2011 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 78 cases in each group.7 days after fixation,the treatment group were given Huoxue zhitong Jiegu paste and taken Sanqi Jiegu pills orally.The control group were given no drugs.The clinical symptom improvement and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Re s ults The scores of local pain,pressing pain,swelling and joint symptoms were（1.02 ±0.90）,（1.03 ±0.61）,（1.01 ±0.75）,（1.02 ±0.51） in the treatment group while in the control group the scores were（1.37 ±0.72）,（1.25 ±0.73） points and（1.34 ±0.86）,（1.36 ±0.69）.After treatment,the scores of local pain,pressing pain,swelling and joint symptom of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.The curative rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were 32.05% and 97.44%respectively and 20.51% and 87.18% of the control group.The curative rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclus ion Huoxue Zhitong Jiegu paste and Sanqi Jiegu pills can better regulate the repairing function of the body,promote fracture healing and improve clinical symptoms.
