中药不良反应的常见原因分析及应对措施探讨

Cause analysis and responding measures on the adverse reaction of traditional chinese medicine

目的通过对某院50例患者中药不良反应案例的研究,对引起不良反应的原因进行分析,提出有效的应对措施。方法对患者服药过程的不良反应进行追踪记录,整理病历基本情况进行数据统计,分析影响中药临床合理应用的相关因素。结果引起不良反应的原因中未辨证论治的百分比高达40%,比例最高。结论中药治疗中注重辨证论治,合理配伍,加强用药过程的监督,才能保证用药安全有效。

Objective Through the study of 50 cases of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in a hospital to analyze the causes and to explore their responding measures.Me thods The adverse reactions of the patients were recorded and followed up and the basic data of the medical records were sorted out and analyzed statistically to find out relevant factors influencing the rational clinical application of Chinese medicine.Re s ults The proportion of non-syndrome differentiation was the highest in the cause of adverse reactions,up to 40% and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclus ion Therefore,in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it＇s necessary to focus on syndrome differentiation,compatibility of medicines and strengthen supervision on medicines to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medicines.
