Column-removal reconstruction design of indoor sports arena of Tongji University

摘要 常规的去柱改造设计的方式主要有两种:一种是不扰动原结构,直接架梁加固以后拔除柱;另一种是利用临时支撑先拔除柱,再进行加固。针对本工程结构复杂、托梁跨度大、工期紧等特点,采用第二种改造方案,为适应建筑改造后的功能要求,将工程附楼改成室内看台,连续拔掉4根柱、拆除两个楼层。通过设置临时支撑系统等技术措施,为30m桁架提供了吊装空间,并巧妙避免了对屋顶组合网架的扰动和基础的加固工作,结果表明,加固效果达到安全、快捷的改造目标。 There are two main ways to design the conventional column-removal reconstruction: one was to not disturb the original structure and the columns were pulled out after the strengthening by directly constructing frame beams; the other was to remove the column first by using the temporary support and then reinforced it. In view of the complex engineering structures,large-span of support beams,short construction period and other characteristics,second kind of reconstruction way was adopted. In order to meet the functional requirements of the building after the reconstruction,the building was converted to indoor grandstand,by pulling out 4 continuous columns and demolishing two floors. The technical measure of setting up temporary support system was adopted to provide space for 30 m-long truss hoisting,and avoid disturbance for composite grid framework and strengthening work of foundation. Results show that the strengthening effect achieves reconstruction target of safety and convenience.
