芪胶升白胶囊对肺癌放疗患者白细胞减少的效果和对生存质量的影响分析

Effect of Qijiao Shengbai Capsules on leukopenia in lung cancer patients after radiotherapy and its influence on quality of life

目的探讨为肺癌放疗后白细胞减少症患者行芪胶升白胶囊治疗的临床效果,以及用药后患者生活质量的改善情况。方法择取于2014年7月~2017年3月我院接收的102例肺癌患者参与研究,所有患者均行放射治疗。采用随机分组法将患者分为研究组(n=51)与对照组(n=51)。对照组患者实施常规营养支持、对症治疗、胸腔及腹腔引流,研究组患者则在接受放射治疗的第1天开始口服芪胶升白胶囊,同时实施与对照组相同的常规治疗。两组患者住院期间需每周检测1次血常规,对比两组患者的骨髓抑制发生率,放疗前后的白细胞数值变化。结果研究组患者的骨髓抑制发生率(17.64%)显著低于对照组(68.63%),研究组患者的白细胞计数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌放射治疗患者行芪胶升白胶囊对白细胞减少症状具有良好的控制效果,可降低骨髓抑制发生率,对患者的康复具有重要的促进意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qijiao Shengbai Capsules on leukopenia in lung cancer patients after radiotherapy,and improvement of the quality of life in these patients after medication.Methods From July 2014 to March 2017,102 patients with lung cancer admitted into our hospital were enrolled.All patients were performed with radiotherapy.Using the random grouping method,they were divided into the research group （n=51） and control group （n= 51）.The patients in the control group were provided with routine nutritional support,symptomatic treatment,and thoracic and abdominal drainage.In the research group,oral administration of Qijiao Shengbai Capsules on the first day after ra- diotherapy was added besides the same treatment in the control group.During hospitalization,blood test once per week was necessary.The incidence of myelosuppression and changes of white blood cell count before and after radiotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results In the research group,the incidence of myelosuppression was 17.64%, which was much lower than that in the control group （68.63%）,and the white blood cell count in the research group was greatly increased compared with that in the control group,which was displayed a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For lung cancer patients performed with radiotherapy,application of Qijiao Shengbai Capsules can obtain a favorable control effect on leukopenia and decrease the incidence of myelosuppression,whieh is of great importance on promoting rehabilitation of patients.
