布地奈德超声雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果分析

Effect analysis of Budesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

目的探讨布地奈德超声雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床疗效,为合理选择治疗方案提供参考。方法选取2016年2月~2017年8月我院收治的78例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各39例。观察组患儿予以布地奈德超声雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患儿单用阿奇霉素治疗。两组疗程均为3周,3周后观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿喘息消失、退热、肺部啰音消失以及咳嗽消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德超声雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染,能够使患儿的临床症状缓解,临床疗效较佳,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Budesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,so as to provide a reference for the rational selection of treatment options.Methods 78 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the objects of observation,the random number table was used to divide them into two groups,each with 39 cases.The observation group was treated with Budesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combined with Azithromycin,and the control group was treated with Azithromycin alone.Two groups of treatment were 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after 3 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （74.36%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The disappeared time of wheezing breathing,fever,lung rales and cough in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were Statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group （15.38%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide Ultrasonic Atomization combines with Azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,can make the patient＇s clinical symptoms,had better clinical curative effect,less adverse reaction,safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
