奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗联合滋阴健脾祛瘀汤对晚期胃癌患者疗效、生活质量及免疫学指标的影响

Influence of Oxaliplatin+Tegafur chemotherapy combined with Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction on therapeutic effect,quality of life,and immunological indexes in patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的分析奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗联合滋阴健脾祛瘀汤对晚期胃癌患者疗效、生活质量及免疫学指标的影响。方法选择我院在2014年1月~2017年1月收治的晚期胃癌患者44例,采用随机综合序贯法将患者分为对照组22例和观察组22例。两组均予以奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗治疗,观察组在此基础上添加中药滋阴健脾祛瘀汤。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、生活质量评分、免疫学指标。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量简易量表(QOL-BREF量表)中生理因素和社会关系评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的CD4^+、CD3^+免疫功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌晚期的治疗中应用奥沙利铂+替吉奥化疗联合滋阴健脾祛瘀汤,可改善患者的生活质量和免疫功能,提高治疗效果,减少毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the influence of Oxaliplatin＋Tegafur chemotherapy combined with Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction on therapeutic effect,quality of life,and immunological indexes in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,44 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital were enrolled.By randomized integrated and sequent therapy,they were eveny divided into control group and observation group, and there were 22 cases in each group.Both groups were provided with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur.In the observation group,Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction was added besides.The therapeutic effective rate,score of quality of life,and immuno- logical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The indexes of physiological factor and social relation from QOL- BREF scale in the observation group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）.After therapy,the indexes of CD4^＋ and CD3^＋ were both better than those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, application of Oxaliplatin＋Tegafur chemotherapy combined with Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction can improve the quality of life,immune function,as well as therapeutic effect,and reduce the toxic and side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
