中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute gouty arthritis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月~2017年4月在我院就诊的102例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,分为对照组(51例,单一西医治疗)和观察组(51例,中西医结合治疗)。比较两组的症状改善总有效率,血尿酸、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白。结果观察组的症状改善总有效率为96.1%,显著高于对照组的74.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的后血尿酸、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果明显,可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective to analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute gouty arthritis,Methods 102 patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group （51 cases,a single western medicine treatment） and observation group （51 cases,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment）.The total effective rate of symptom improvement,serum uric acid,ESR and C-reactive protein between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of symptom improvement in the observation group was 96.1%, which was higher than that of the control group （74.5%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The serum uric acid,ESR and C-reactive protein level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating acute gouty arthritis is obvious,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
