构建基于胜任力的高校护生灾难救护能力培训大纲的研究

Study on construction of competency based training syllabus for disaster rescue capability of nursing students in colleges and universities

目的以胜任力教育为培养模式,以灾难事件凸现的救援需求为基础,探索构建适合中国国情的高校护生灾难救护能力的培训大纲,对各类常见灾难救援实践具有指导意义。方法应用德尔菲(Delphi)咨询法于2016年1~3月以23名灾难护理专家为研究对象进行两轮专家函询,以制订科学、规范的灾难救护能力培训大纲。结果两轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均>90.0%,专家权威系数平均分值>0.7,专家意见的协调系数经χ2检验有显著性(P<0.05)。最终高校护生的灾难救护能力培训大纲包含11个培训项目、49个培训内容以及相应的目标和96学时。结论本研究函询专家的权威性和专家意见的协调性均较高,其编制的高校护生灾难救护能力培训大纲具有很强的科学性、实用性和操作性。

Objective To explore the training syllabus for the disaster rescue capability of college nursing students suitable for China＇s national conditions,which has guiding significance for various common disaster relief practices,according to taking competency education as the training mode and the rescue demand based on the disaster events as the foundation.Methods 23 disaster nursing consultation experts from January to March in 2016 were selected as the research object according to Delphy （Delphi） consultation,and conducted two rounds of expert consultation to formulate a scientific and standardized disaster rescue capability training syllabus.Results Two rounds of expert questionnaire inquiry effective recovery rate was over 90%,the expert authority coefficient average score was more than 0.7,coordinate coefficient of expert opinion by 2 test was significant difference （P〈0.05）,eventually the disaster rescue ability of college nursing students training program included 11 training programs,49 training content and the corresponding target and 96 hours.Conclusion The research for the authority of experts and expert opinion coordination are higher, the establishment of the disaster rescue ability training program of nursing students has very strong practicability and operability.
