妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制与人性化护理、家庭功能的关系

Correlation of blood glucose control with humanistic care and family function in gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制与人性化护理、家庭功能的关系。方法选取2015年6~12月我院门诊收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者120例,采用量表评估其家庭功能,比较不同家庭功能患者血糖水平控制情况,并对本组患者进行人性化护理措施,观察比较其护理前后的血糖控制效果。结果本组患者中家庭功能较好72例,家庭功能较差48例,家庭功能较好患者的餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于家庭功能较差患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,人性化护理后患者的餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白均明显好于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者的家庭功能与其血糖控制情况具有密切关联,给予实施人性化护理模式能够确切提高其血糖控制效果,具有良好应用价值。

Objective To discuss the correlation of blood glucose control with humanistic care and family function in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients of gestational diabetes mellitus were selected in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2015.The family function was assessed by scale and the control of blood sugar level in different family functions was compared.The patients were used with humanistic nursing measures,and the effect of blood glucose control before and after nursing was observed and compared.Results In this group,72 patients had better family functioning and 48 patients had poor family functioning.The pre prandial blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of well functioning family patients were significantly lower than those of patients with poor family function,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile,the postprandial blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after the humanized nursing were significantly better than those before nursing,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Condusion The family function of gestational diabetes mellitus has closely related with blood glucose control,and the implementation of humanized nursing mode can improve the blood glucose control effect,and has good application value.
