经口机器人手术在儿童OSAHS中的应用探索 被引量:3

Exploration of transoral robotic surgery in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

摘要 经口机器人手术(transoral robotic surgery,TORS)是一种相对较新的技术,已被证明对许多儿科手术是安全有效的[1-3]。在过去的20年中,TORS在头颈部手术过程中得到了巨大的发展。机器人手术最初是90年代为成年人开发的,2001年才第1次用于儿科手术[4]。TORS具有能提供高清晰度的三维内镜视野,提高显微内镜仪器的运动自由度和过滤手抖动等优点[1,5-6]。 Transoral robotic surgery(TORS)is a relatively new technique in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,which has been shown to be safe and feasible.TORS provides a minimally invasive,visualization method,which brings an unprecedented breakthrough in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.In this paper,the application and development prospect of TORS in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome will be reviewed.
