The Problems and Solution Strategy on Macro Control Legislation of China's Regional Economic

本文在简要概述区域经济调控立法内涵、法律体系构成基础上,明确了区域经济宏观调控法律制度的作用,指出了我国的区域经济宏观立法在基本法律、立法层次、制度等方面的问题,进而提出了对应的解决策略,以期可以促进我国区域经济宏观调控立法进一步健全和完善。

This article describes legislative connotation of regional economic control and constitution of legal system, clear the role of regional economic macro control legal system. It points out the problems of basic legislation, legislative level and system of regional economic, and then put forward the corresponding solution strategy, h is hoped that the legislation on macro control of regional economy in China will he further improve and perfect.
