多等级伤残赔偿模式的重新构建设想

两院三部发布《人体损伤致残程度分级》后,《道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定》即将废止。在多等级伤残的赔偿中,后者受到"最多晋升一级"的影响和约束,始终未充分体现受伤人员的真实伤情。随着新标准的颁布实施,民事赔偿领域突破"最多晋升一级"的时机已经成熟。建议对于多等级伤残应分别单独计算并累加每一处伤残所对应的残疾赔偿金,以便更加客观真实地反映受害人的伤害程度。
