摘要 内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司所属某供电局在运66组GW12-550DW型隔离开关均为S公司2001—2004年间产品。该产品在触头结构和关键部件材质等方面存在缺陷,导致运行中触头频繁发热。因此,对GW12-550DW型隔离开关进行改造:将圆形触指更换为方形触指,静触头内拉式弹簧改为独立外压式不锈钢弹簧,方形触指与触头座接触部位增加软连接,传动部分的轴销、轴套改为不锈钢材质。改造后的隔离开关运行良好,再未出现频繁发热现象,保证了电网的安全稳定运行。 Sixty-six groups of GWI2-550DW type isolation switches are producted in S Company from 2001 to 2004 in a power supply bureau belongs to Inner Mongolia Electric Power(Group) Co.,Ltd. Defects exist in the contact structure and key components material, resulting in frequent heat on the contacts as operating, affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The transformation of the GWI2-550DW type disconnectors is conducted: as exchanging the round bar finger to the square touch finger, and the static contact inner pull type spring to the independent external pressure type stainless steel spring; adding the the soft connection to the contact part of the square contact finger contacts; adopting the stainless steel materials for the axle pin and the axle sleeve. After the transformation of the isolation switch, the operation was well, and then no frequent fever phenomenon occured.
