摘要
文章基于精准理念分类分批的分析我国退伍复学大学生中普遍存在的角色转变被动、校园人际交往欠佳、校园学习困难、职业发展迷茫等四大再适应问题,进而提出应当"精准"服务,变"涓滴效应"为"靶向性",通过精准设计高校退役大学生服务工作流程,形成精准理念指导下的大学生入伍政策体系,从而帮助退伍复学大学生在高校合理定位实现自我价值。
The article based on the Precision Concept according to the classification analysis of our school students army existed in the passive role change, campus interpersonal, occupation development confusion, poor campus learning difficulties four to adapt to the problem, and then put forward should be accurate service, trickle down effect to targeted through the precise design of College Students＇ service work flow, the formation of retired enlisted policy system of College Students under the guidance of the concept of precision, so as to help the students to realize self value in the Army School of University orientation.
