法治化视阈下高校就业教育系统建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of Employment Education System in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Legalization

通过对高校就业法治教育现状辨析,借鉴国内外法治化教育工作模式,剖析大学生获取就业法律知识影响因素,高校可以从明确各组织机构间的指导协作机制、加强学生整个就业过程的渗透教育、调动教师及其他的全员力量等方面,提供系统化、全员化教育,畅通咨询通道、提高教育质量,增强就业法治教育效能,以符合国家对高校提出的法治化教育和管理要求。

By analyzing the current situation of employment law-related education in college, taking reference to domestic and foreign rule by law education work pattern and analyzing the influence factors for college students to get the relevant legal knowledge concerning employment, colleges and universities can define the guidance and coordination mechanism of various organizations as well as departments, enhance the infiltration education of the whole employment process of students, mobilize the power of teachers and other staffs, so as to provide systematic and all- staff education, expedite the consultation channels, improve the education quality and enhance the employment law education effectiveness. Colleges could meet the requirement of the strategy of law-related education and management in this way.
