摘要
高速铁路信号设备是保证高铁安全运行的关键设备,对高速铁路信号设备使用寿命进行评估,是实现信号设备状态修或者更换的前提。本文将层次分析法与模糊综合评价结合,分析影响信号设备使用寿命的众多因素,建立信号系统关键设备使用寿命的评估流程;最后通过综合评价某特定高速铁路区段道岔设备使用寿命的案例,验证了方法的有效性和适用性。
Signaling equipment in high-speed railway (HSR) system is critical for ensuring the safety of train operation. The evaluation of service lifetime of signaling equipment is a prerequisite for condition-based maintenance or replacement of signaling equipment. By combining analytic hi- erarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the factors affecting the service lifetime of signaling equipment are analyzed and a process of evaluating the service lifetime of signaling equipment is proposed. Furthermore, the effectiveness and applicability of the process has been verified via a case study on evaluating the service lifetime of switch equipment in one district of HSR.
