Two Types of Project Safety Assurance Management Model for Integration of Signal System

基于通用产品的系统安全保障和基于特殊应用的系统安全保障,是铁路信号集成中2种典型的项目模式。以北京地铁8号线一、二期工程,昌八联络线工程和福州市轨道交通1号线工程(一期)为基础,系统介绍了这2种类型的安全保障体系,包括组织架构、危害分析、验证与确认等,为同类型项目系统安全保障工作的梳理,提供了一种初步的思路。

There are two typical models of project safety assurance management,one is based on general product and the other is based on special application.The two types of project safety assurance management are summarized in the case of PhaseⅠⅡ project of Line 8 and ChangpingBadalin connection line project of Beijing Subway as well as PhaseⅠ project of Fuzhou urban railway Line 1 in term of project organization,hazard analysis,verification and validation.This summary provides a preliminary idea for project safety assurance work in similar project.
