摘要
针对矿区专用铁路调度指挥目前存在的问题,结合国铁运输调度指挥系统的发展现状和建设情况,介绍了矿区铁路综合调度指挥系统的设计思路、信息集成、系统组成和主要功能,通过该系统的运用,有效提高了矿区专用铁路的运输组织效率,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,实现了减员增效的目标。
To deal with the problems of dispatching and command of mine special railway and in combination with the current development and construction of Chinese national railway transportation dispatching and command system,the design thought,data integration,system composition and main functions of the Comprehensive Dispatching and Command System for mine railway are described.By using this system,the efficiency of traffic organization of the mine special railway is enhanced effectively and the staff＇s labor intensity is reduced,attaining the purpose of downsizing staff for greater efficiency.
