摘要 针对现有解调系统不能保证驱动电压的周期完整性的不足,提出了一种基于实时参考光路和可调谐F-P腔滤波器的光纤光栅波长解调系统设计方案。其中,硬件信号调理电路由二级放大电路和二阶低通滤波电路组成,具有高信噪比、低成本等特点;软件分析处理模块含有实时数据采集、处理及保存功能的高精度上位机程序,并提出了采样点补偿算法使驱动电压能够在任何情况下都以完整的周期驱动。实验结果表明:所提出的光纤光栅波长解调系统最大测量误差为34pm,测量范围为40nm,最大调谐速度为100 Hz,能够对光纤光栅波长信息进行实时数据采集与处理,满足工程实际需要。 In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing demodulation system,which can not guarantee the cycle integrity of the driving voltage,a wavelength demodulation system based on real-time reference light path and the tunable F-P cavity filter is proposed in this paper.The hardware signal conditioning circuit consists of two-stage amplifier circuit and second-order low-pass filter circuit,which is high signal to noise ratio and low cost;The software analysis and processing module consists of high-precision computer program,which is real-time data acquisition,processing and preservation.What’s more,a sampling point compensation algorithm which is proposed,which can make host copputer produce complete periodic voltage under any circumstance.The experimental results show:the maximum measurement error of the demodulation system is 34 pm,the measurement range is 40 nm,and the maximum tuning speed is 100 Hz.This system can satisfy the requirements of engineering practice.
