Confidence in the System is the First Important Confidence to Uphold and Develop New Era Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

中国特色社会主义是改革开放以来党的全部理论和实践的主题。中国特色社会主义自信则是中国共产党领导广大人民群众在回答这一主题和创造伟大历史实践过程中所形成的一种具有整体性特征的稳定心理和情感认同。道路、理论、制度和文化则是这一整体自信的既相互联系又有所区别的4个基本属性。在中国特色社会主义自信的这4个属性中,应该说,制度自信是根本的,也是首要的。从历史事实来看,中国特色社会主义基本制度的确立构成了中国特色社会主义道路、理论和文化得以形成的首要基础;从改革开放以来中国发展的现实来看,中国特色社会主义制度构成了当代中国发展历史成就背后的首要"秘密"。在新的条件下坚持和发展新时代中国特色社会主义,必须把制度自信放在首位,牢牢坚持中国共产党的领导和中国共产党的政治文化。同时,必须要把制度自信和制度完善相统一,在不断增强制度自信的过程中着力完善中国特色社会主义制度,使中国制度在进一步推进中国发展和解决人类问题的过程中彰显更大制度功效。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theme of all theory and practices of the Chinese Communist Party since reform and opening up. Confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics is a kind of stable mentality and emotional identity with the characteristic of entirety,which is produced during the process of answering the theme and creating great historical practice by most people under the leadership of the CCP. It is the four basic natures of road,theory,system and culture with the entire confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics. These four natures both relate and differ with each other. Among the four natures,it is the essential and first important of confidence in system. Historically,the formation of fundamental systems of socialism with Chinese characteristics provides the first important basis of road,theory and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Viewing from the reality of China since reform and opening up,the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the first importance secret of contemporary China＇s historical achievements. To uphold and develop new era socialism with Chinese characteristics in new conditions,confidence in the system must be put in the first place,which demands to firmly uphold the leadership of the CCP and its political culture. Meanwhile,the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics must be kept perfection in the process of unceasingly strengthening confidence in the system,so as to make the Chinese system embody more systematic functions in the process to further develop China and solve issues of mankind.
