延续性护理干预对宫颈癌腹腔镜子宫全切术后早期家庭功能的影响

Influence of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Early Family Function for Cervical Carcinoma Patients after Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的观察延续性护理干预对宫颈癌腹腔镜子宫全切术后早期家庭功能的影响。方法收集112例符合纳入标准的宫颈癌患者作为观察对象,所有患者均接受腹腔镜子宫全切术治疗,随机分为对照组56例和观察组56例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予延续性护理干预。采用家庭亲密度量表、家庭适应性量表及女性性功能量表评价患者家庭亲密度、家庭适应性、性功能等早期家庭功能。比较两组患者早期家庭功能及护理满意度。结果术后6个月,与对照组相比,观察组患者家庭亲密度、家庭适应性及性功能等早期家庭功能评分均明显升高,组间比较都有统计学差异(P<0.05)。护理满意度显示,观察组患者非常满意比例高于对照组,不满意比例低于对照组,组间比较都有统计学差异(P<0.05),而基本满意比例组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论延续性护理干预在宫颈癌腹腔镜子宫全切术后应用效果良好,能够明显改善患者早期家庭功能,并提高护理满意度,临床上值得应用。

Objective To investigate effects of continuous nursing intervention on early family function for cervical carcinoma patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 112 patients of cervical carcinoma patients were collected and given laparoscopic hysterectomy as subjects, and divided into the control group（56 cases）and the observation group（56 cases）. The control group and the observation group received traditional and continuous nursing intervention. Then the family intimacy scale, family adaptability scale and female sexual function index were employed to estimate the early family function and nursing satisfaction which compared between 2 groups. Results Six months after nursing, the family intimacy scale, family adaptability scale and female sexual function index of the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher rate of perfect satisfaction and lower rate of un-satisfaction than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. However, the basic satisfaction rate between 2 groups had no significant difference. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention is suitable for cervical carcinoma patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy, which can improve the early family function and nursing satisfaction, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
