中西医结合治疗非淋病性宫颈炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis on Treatment of Non-gonococcal Cervicitis by Integrative Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗非淋病性宫颈炎的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的52例非淋病性宫颈炎患者(2014年1月-2016年6月)按照随机双盲设计原则分成对照组和观察组,对照组26例患者实施常规抗生素治疗,观察组26例患者在常规抗生素治疗基础上采用中药治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和症状体征评分。结果观察组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗前后症状体征评分、症状消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组患者的沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(Mh)治愈率与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗非淋病性宫颈炎的效果明显优于常规抗生素治疗,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of the integrative medicine therapy for non-gonococcal cervicitis. Method 52 cases of non-gonococcal cervicitis in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were divided into two groups by random double-blind method,the control group（n= 26） receiving antibiotics, while the observation group（n=26） receiving antibiotics and Chinese medicine.Comparative analysis of clinical effect and symptoms signs score between two groups. Result The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the score of symptoms signs and the time of symptom disapperance of the observation group were lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）. However, at the post-treatment, there was no significant difference in cure rate between the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of non-gonococcal cervicitis with integrative medicine is significantly better than that of antibiotic treatment, and there is no serious side effect.
