教师继续教育人文方法论

摘要 教师继续教育改革关键在于方法论的变革,从自然科学技术意义上的方法论转向旨在培养教师人文素质的人文科学方法论。明确教育学属于人文科学,而不是自然科学。方法意义上的现象学以"回到事情本身"的哲学态度为人文方法论提供了强有力的支持。现象学教育学的方法,如直观、体验、描述、解释和理解,滋养和丰富了教师继续教育人文方法论。学员由外在的知识、技能的学习与听讲回归到内在的智慧生成与亲身践履的实践。由"听"到"做",由"已知"的记忆到"未知"的创造。教师继续教育人文方法论的根本在于:"回到教师本身"。 The reform of teachers' further education is,first of all,the change of methodology,from the methodology of the natural science and technology to the methodology of human sciences,which aims at nurturing teachers' humanist quality.We should make it sure that education belongs to human sciences rather than natural science.Phenomenology in a methodological sense offers a strong support to humanist methodology with the philosophical attitude"Back to Things Themselves".The methods of phenomenological pedagogy,such as intuition,experience,description,interpretation and understanding,nourishing and enriching the humanist methodology of teachers' further education.Trainees return to their inner wisdom and practice by themselves from the learning of external knowledge and skills as well as listening to lectures.From "listening"to "doing",from the memorizing of the "known"to the creation of the "unknown".The humanist methodology of teachers' further education lies in:"Back to Teachers Themselves".
