摘要
MVR蒸发器是把二次蒸汽全部再压缩作为加热热源,是二次蒸汽全部回收利用的一种蒸发器。近年来在污水处理及生物化工上有应用,但也存在一些问题,这些问题主要是生产能力不足;蒸发参数不稳定;出料浓度不稳定,结垢结焦严重,蒸发效果不佳。该文就此进行阐述。
MVR evaporator is a kind of evaporator which uses the recompression of the secondary steam as the heating source and is the whole recycling of the second steam. In recent years,there have been applications in wastewater treatment and bio-chemical industry,but there are also some problems. These problems are mainly due to insufficient production capacity. The evaporation parameters are unstable; The discharging concentration is unstable;the fouling is serious and the evaporation effect is not good. This paper will discuss the above issues.
