格点更新截断δ冲击模型的可靠性指标

Reliability Indices of Grid Renewal Censored δ Shock Model

在离散开型截断δ冲击模型系统寿命性质的基础上,得出了格点更新离散开型截断δ冲击模型系统的一般可靠性指标,包括可靠度R(m)、失效率λ(m)、平均寿命MTTF、年龄为h时的系统剩余寿命的可靠度R_h(m)、平均剩余寿命MRT(h),并进一步推导出了时间间隔服从一些具体分布的系统的可靠性指标.

Based on the lifetime properties of censored δ shock model with discrete interarrival,we obtained the generally reliability indices of grid renewal censored shock model,which includes reliability function R（ m）,the failure rate function λ（ m）,the mean time to failure MTTF,the mean reliability function of the item at age h,Rh（ m） and the mean residual life of the item at age h,MRT（ h）. Furthermore,we deduced some reliability indices of a system that the time interarrival follows some special distribution.
