应用失效模式与效应分析降低医疗废物管理风险的研究

Application of failure mode and effects analysis to ruduce the risk of medical waste management

目的:探索应用失效模式与效应分析降低医疗废物管理风险的可行性。方法:应用FMEA分析医疗废物管理失效的模式和原因,制定和执行干预措施,采用自身对照方法对比干预前后失效模式的风险指数评分,运用SPSS19.0进行T检验。结果:干预后的各项失效模式风险指数评分均低于干预前各项失效模式风险指数评分,且均低于80分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用FMEA能有效降低医疗管理风险,提高医疗废物管理水平。

Objective：Explore the feasibility of reduce the risk of the medical waste management by apply the failure mode and effects analysis. Methods：Applying FMEA to analysis the failure mode of medical waste management and find the failure reason,then make and carry out the improving measures. Using self-reflection methods to contrast the risk indexes cores of failure mode before and after the intervention. Use SPSS19.0 to do T test.Results：All the risk indexes scores of failure modes after the intervention are dropped below 80 points and lower than the the risk indexes scores of failure modes before the intervention, the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0.05） . Conclusion：The FMEA can reduce the risk of the medical waste management and improve the level of management of medical waste effectively.
