摘要
本文分别针对加工和空运行两种情况,对某数控机床在不同切削参数、不同数控指令以及不同控制参数的情况下,测试了该机床各轴的伺服电流以及运动特性。通过伺服电流的频率分布可以间接的反映切削力对进给轴运动的激励,并监测在切削过程中切削力的变化情况,通过对结果进行分析,可以合理的选择切削参数和加工路径。
This article for processing and empty running two cases respectively, on a numerical control machine tool in different cutting parameters and nc instruction and under the condition of different control parameters, tested the machine tool servo current and motion characteristic of each axis. Through the frequency distribution of the servo current can indirectly reflect the cutting force of feed axis movement of incentive, and monitor the change of cutting force in cutting process, the analysis of the results, can choose reasonable cutting parameters and machining path.
