摘要
近几年,伴随着我国先进技术的快速发展,在热处理金属材料和采用技术上也得到了快速发展。一方面由于对热处理金属材料时,不可避免会造成金属资源的大量浪费,更会对环境造成污染。另一方面在金属制品中,它的质量直接与金属材料的热处理技术水平高低有关。所以,在当前阶段,随着金属热材料的技术的快速发展,我们更应该重视如何在热处理中做到节能减排等问题。基于此本文先对金属材料进行简要概述,然后具体分析了金属材料热处理新工艺与技术,并提出了热处理工艺与技术展望,以供参考。
In recent years, along with the rapid development of China's advanced technology, used in heat treatment of metal materials and technology have been developing rapidly. When due to heat treatment of metal materials on the one hand, would inevitably cause massive waste of metal resources, but will also cause pollution to the environment. In the other hand in the fabricated metal products, its quality is directly related to the level of heat treatment and metal materials.Therefore, at the current stage, with the development of technology of metal materials, we should pay more attention to issues such as energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved in the heat treatment. Based on this brief overview the metals first, and then analyzes the new technology of heat treatment of metal materials and technology, and the heat treatment process and technology foresight, for reference.
