摘要
在研究和分析数控机床主轴、数控机床进给部件、数控机床工作台部件、数控机床刀架机构、数控机床变化等信息基础上,开发设计了一种小型车铣复合加工中心机床,进行了机构的运动仿真分析,最后通过实物制造,验证方案的可行性。
The project was mainly derived from mechanical innovation studio, based on the research and analysis of the spindle, CNC machine workbench, CNC machine tool, CNC machine change, a small turning milling compound machining center was designed. The motion simulation analysis was completed, finally through the physical manufacturing, and the machine was feasible.
