小间距型多轴钻孔器的设计

摘要 目前市场上不同结构的多轴器虽然很多,但大多存在不足,即多轴器中的两输出轴轴线之间的间距只能在大于20 mm的范围内进行调节,无法调节至更小间距,难以满足实际应用的16 mm的要求。设计的钻孔多轴器利用简单的齿轮传动机构实现两孔同时加工的功能,通过对齿轮主要参数的计算,设计出满足使用要求的小间距两轴钻孔器,只需要一个动力驱动,便能保证两输出轴以同向同速输出,严格保证钻孔间距,使用更加方便可靠,提高生产效率。 There are many kinds of multi-spindle tool on the market, but most of them are insufficient, it can only be adjusted in the range of greater than 20mm between the two output shafts of the multi-spindle tool axis. Unable to adjust to smaller spacing, it is difficult to meet the practical application requirements of 16mm. The design of the multi-spindle tool using simple gear transmission mechanism to achieve the two hole processing at the same time. Designed the small spacing multi-spindle tool to meet the requirements by calculating the main parameters of the gear. Only need one driving power, which can ensure the two output shaft output motion in the same direction and speed, strictly ensure the spacing of the holes. It is more convenient and reliable, and the production efficiency can be improved.
