摘要
横向磁通电机功率密度高,但普遍存在电机结构复杂,加工难度大,制造成本高等问题,提出了一种横向磁通双凸极永磁电机的结构型式,对电机结构设计及主要尺寸的确定方法进行了研究,在保留了横向磁通电机的一些特点的基础上,简化了制造工艺,降低了生产成本,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Transverse flux motor has high density, but it has some drawbacks such as complex structures, difficult process and high cost. In this paper, a structure type of transverse flux doubly salient permanent magnet motor is presented, and motor structure design and the method of main dimension are researched. On the basis of retaining some features of transverse flux motor, it simplifies manufacturing process, reduces cost of production, and has the actual application value.
