摘要 SSJ-1000/160/125带式输送机在日常使用和维修中,游动车和拉紧绞车损坏率较高,维修率高居不下。游动车导向滚筒在输送机运行时,轴向易发生移动,磨损游动车架,造车游动车损坏;再者SSJ-1000/160/125带式输送机在日常运行时,游动车落道事故频发,影响队组正常生产和检修工作,并存在着较大的安全隐患。 SSJ-1000/160/125 Belt conveyor is in daily use and maintenance, the damage rate of the floating car and the tightening winch is higher, repair rate is higher. The travelling roller guide roller is running in the conveyor, the axis moves easily, wear swimming floating car, the floating ear is damaged. Also the ssj-1000/160/125 belt conveyor is operation in daily, there are frequent accidents on the road, to influence the normal production and maintenance of the team, and there are big security risks.
