喷丝板清洗工艺优化

Optimization of spinneret cleaning process

简介了目前国内碳纤维行业所用喷丝板清洗的常规工艺,阐述了一种经过优化后的喷丝板清洗新工艺。研究表明,改进后的喷丝板清洗工艺,清洗效果良好,堵孔率控制在2×10-4以下,有效改进和提高了国内碳纤维产业对喷丝板清洗的效果。

This article introduces the general process of spinneret cleaning for domestic carbon fiber industry, expounds a new cleaning process of spinneret after optimization. Experimental results show that, the spinneret cleaning process has improved, a quality cleaning effects the pore blocking rate is below 2×10^（-4）. In this study, it provides a certain reference value for the current domestic carbon fiber industry in terms of spinneret cleaning.
