摘要 针对大型自移式破碎站卸料臂结构设计中存在的问题,采用理论分析和数值仿真相结合方法,分析卸料臂结构几何和受力特征,建立数值仿真模型,对三种典型工况下力学行为进行仿真分析和结构优化.结果表明:在恶劣气候下工作时,卸料臂结构始端处横梁发生较大扭转变形,且应力过大,结构安全系数偏低,原设计结构不适于工作在大风高寒地区.优化后,原卸料臂结构始端处横梁的工字型截面设计为箱型截面,结构受力合理,在大风高寒环境下的承载能力大幅提高. In the view of the problem on unloading arm structure design of large scale self-moving crushing station, this paper took theoretical analysis and numerical simulations as the research tools, established the unloading arm simulation model by analyzing the geometrical and mechanical characteristics, and carried out the mechanical behavior analysis and structure optimization under the three typical working conditions. The results show that while working under inclement weather, the crossbeam at the head of unloading arm structure has a large torsion deformation and high stress. This leads to a lower safety factor of the structure, and the original structure design is not suitable for work in windy alpine region. After optimizing the I-section to the box section for the cross beam, the unloading arm structure is reasonable and has higher carrying capacity in windy alpine region.
