摘要
针对当前在高速列车齿轮箱振动烈度评价方法方面的不足,基于大量线路实测数据,采用非参数核密度估计法对齿轮箱振动烈度进行评价。通过总体数据统计出齿轮箱振动加速度样本数据的频率直方图,得到概率密度函数的近似曲线,确定统计量分布规律,评估齿轮箱箱体实际振动。结果表明:在速度为300 km/h、置信水平为0.997 3时,齿轮箱横向、垂向振动加速度阈值分别为22.6倍和48.6倍重力加速度。
With a view to the current insufficiency in the methods to evaluate the gear box vibration severity in highspeed trains,based on massive measured data on lines,the article adopts kernel density estimation to evaluate thegear box vibration severity. From the general statistical data,it can obtain the frequency histogram for the sampleddata on gear box vibration acceleration,obtain the approximate curve of probability density function,determine thedistribution law of statistics and evaluate the actual vibration of gear boxes. The results show that:when the speed is300 km/h and the confidence level is 0.997 3,the horizontal and vertical vibration acceleration thresholds of gearbox are 22.6 and 48.6 times of gravity acceleration separately.
