摘要
宁城宏大矿业公司年产生尾矿约1 300万t,按照排放情况计算,尾矿库服务年限仅为2 a,无法满足企业可持续发展的需求。为此,经过技术经济比较,最终选定尾矿干排方案。尾矿入旋流器分级,旋流器底流入脱水筛中脱水,筛上产物为干尾矿;旋流器溢流自流入尾矿库内。尾矿干排工程建成后,年处理尾矿1 300万t,满足现有选矿厂生产能力,尾矿库服务年限增加至10a,有效地解决了尾矿排放难题,为类似矿山尾矿处置开辟了新途径。
Almost 13 million t/a tailings are produced by Ningcheng Hongda Mining Company,according to the calculation results of tailings discharge of the company,the serve length of the tailings reservoirs only 2 a,which can not meet the sustainable development requirement of the company. By technical analysis and comparison,the tailing dry discharge scheme is adopted. Tailings grading is done by cyclone,the underflow of cyclone is dehydrated by dewatering screen,the dehydration production is dry tailings,the overflow of cyclone flows into tailings reservoirs. The tailings dry engineering can dispose more than 13 million t/a tailings and meet the production capacity requirement of the existing concentrating mill,therefore,the serve length of the tailings reservoirs can be extended to 10 a,the tailing discharge technical problems of the company is solved effectively,which provide a new disposal method for mine tailings.
